Thank you for visiting this site. I am a new surgical attending and recently started a little personal project to learn how to build a website. I thought tackling salary information could be useful since I had no idea where to start when negotiating my offer recently.

On the home page, there is a searchable list of all the specialties with associated MGMA, AMGA, doximity, medscape, and academic salaries pulled from various third party sources. Links to these sources are provided on the home page.

The website also has an area where you can submit information about your current job or current job offer to freely share with others (I included mine). This is where I would love input from other docs who are finishing or finished with training. I added this feature because I found MGMA and AMGA to be only moderately useful during negotiation. More granular info on individual offers, practice setting, and hours per week would have helped more. Based on input from some users, I also added a section for hourly wage if that is more applicable to your specialty.
